Service Description

This introductory workshop is designed for mental health professionals who are interested in learning the basics of the Anchor-Based Approach (ABA). ABA is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach that has been shown to be effective in treating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression. In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of the key principles and techniques of ABA, including the nine essential principles as well as the anchor system. They will also learn how to apply these techniques in a clinical setting and receive guidance on how to develop an ABA treatment plan for their clients. The workshop will be interactive and will include discussions, role-plays, and case studies. Participants will have the opportunity to practice using ABA techniques and receive feedback from the instructor and their peers. This workshop will provide a foundation for mental health professionals who wish to continue their education in ABA and develop their skills as an ABA therapist.
