Workshop
This workshop is designed to train mental health professionals in the Anchor-Based Approach (ABA) method, an evidence-based therapeutic approach that focuses on modifying negative behavioural to treat mental health conditions. Participants will learn key concepts and techniques used in ABA, which includes the 9 essential principles underpinning the ABA method as well as the anchor system. will have the opportunity to practice these skills through role-plays and interactive exercises. This training program will provide mental health professionals with a solid foundation in ABA, allowing them to effectively implement this therapy in their practices and improve outcomes for their patients.

Introductory, intermediate, and advanced (which includes a formal accreditation).

Introduction workshop to the Anchor-Based Approach (ABA):
This introductory workshop is designed for mental health professionals who are interested in learning the basics of the Anchor-Based Approach (ABA). ABA is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach that has been shown to be effective in treating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression.
In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of the key principles and techniques of ABA, including the nine essential principles as well as the anchor system. They will also learn how to apply these techniques in a clinical setting and receive guidance on how to develop an ABA treatment plan for their clients.
The workshop will be interactive and will include discussions, role-plays, and case studies. Participants will have the opportunity to practice using ABA techniques and receive feedback from the instructor and their peers.
This workshop will provide a foundation for mental health professionals who wish to continue their education in ABA and develop their skills as an ABA therapist.

Intermediate Anchor-Based Approach (ABA) Workshop:
This intermediate workshop is designed for mental health professionals who have a basic understanding of the Anchor-Based Approach (ABA), have completed the introductory workshop, and want to further develop their skills. ABA is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach that has been shown to be effective in treating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression.
In this workshop, participants will deepen their understanding of ABA by exploring advanced techniques and strategies, such as blueprints, frameworks, and the use of homework assignments. They will also learn how to integrate other therapeutic modalities into their ABA practice, such as motivational interviewing, logotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and positive psychology.
The workshop will be interactive and will include discussions, role-plays, and case studies. Participants will have the opportunity to practice using advanced ABA techniques and receive feedback from the instructor and their peers.
This workshop will provide mental health professionals with the opportunity to further develop their skills as ABA therapists and enhance their ability to effectively treat a wider range of mental health issues.

This advanced certification course is designed for mental health professionals who have a solid understanding of ABA, have completed the intermediate workshop, and are looking to further their expertise in the field. ABA is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach that has been shown to be effective in treating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression.
In this course, participants will explore the most current research and techniques in ABA, including the use of technology, the integration of mindfulness-based interventions, and the treatment of complex and severe mental health conditions. They will also learn how to supervise and train other mental health professionals in ABA and how to integrate ABA into their professional practice.
The course will be interactive and will include discussions, case studies, and hands-on practice. Participants will receive individualized feedback from the instructor and will have the opportunity to network with other mental health professionals.
Upon completion of this course, participants will have the knowledge and skills necessary to become an ABA accredited therapist and to provide advanced ABA treatment to their clients.
